Crystal Reiki

 I just had my first Reiki session with Karen and it was one of the most profound experiences of my life. I have wanted to go for a long time, but was procrastinating.  I went through a traumatic experience and after almost two years of therapy and coming a long way - I still felt that I was missing something in my healing process. I went into my reiki session with an open mind and hope. Hope that my traumatic energy could possibly heal. I was surprised one minute into our session. By the end of our session I didn’t expect half of what I received. The validations Karen gave that only I feel and know, the release of emotions that I desperately needed, and the return of love, happiness and motivation that I have begun to feel again is unbelievable. Let me also not forget peaceful sleep. Karen has done in a few sessions what my therapists hasn’t been able to do in almost two years. Thank you Karen I am so glad you are part of this world♥️ 

 Karen is the real deal. She is kind, professional, and responsive both to booking appointments and when working in person. I came to her without an apparent reason, but over the course of the session her intuitive hits and energetic perception made it apparent that I was in need of a major cleanup and renewal. She immediately keyed into the fact that I am an empath and was able to remove the residue that I had accumulated from others over time. I felt this as a building pressure and then a release much like a drain being unclogged and all of the unwanted baggage pouring out of my body. After a thorough process of realigning and energizing my centers, she brought the energy work part of the session to a close. Afterwards we went over the messages she had received from guides during her work to help me understand the root of the issues. All insights were spot on! She also gave me suggestions to better protect myself from other people's emotions and energies as I go about my day. It is clear that Karen cares about the people she works with, and that this is a labor of love. Even though I wish to keep myself clear and aligned, I will not hesitate for an instant going back to Karen in the future. 

 ’m not sure what I’m feeling right now... I just experienced something so deep and real. When I walked in I had only thought about Reiki as a way to balance my energy. Sounds silly almost saying it when you know there are people who just don’t believe in these types of healing. If you are doubting... DON’T. Karen could feel things about me I have never told a soul, things I had buried far far away. I trusted her completely and am now a true believer. I am proud of myself for being open to something new and now can be aware of my own responsibility to myself as an empath. 

 10 stars if i could! I just had my first session with Karen and I was left so light, it’s practically being speechless. I have body pains/aches that Karen would have never known about, but she picked up on them immediately. the pains are not gone, but oh so much more manageable! the atmosphere is perfectly set to allow you to relax and open yourself up.  She unblocked my chakras and also sealed them, the energy flow was AMAZING! If you’re a nonbeliever, that energy flow will surely change your whole mindset, for the better she THANKFULLY also taught me how to block out any unwanted energy (i’m an empath) and even picked up on negative energy i was unknowingly walking around with. my spirit guides came through to her also. i had a tiny insight to one but she painted the picture more vividly, of the many. I feel so much more confident on my healing journey now that the universes placed Karen on it ~ I cannot wait until my next session!!

 I don't know where begin. Karen is True and Amazing. All my life I was controlled and I was told I has depression. I tried practically every anti depressant. Nothing worked. I was either crying, screaming, pushing everyone away and holding everything in until my 1st session with Karen. It was a long distance session and yes it does work!!! I could feel Karen working on me- tingling sensation as well as some pain on my side. Karen said my aura was completely negative. Explains all. Once she cleared my aura and balanced my chakra, I felt different, lighter like a ton a weight off my shoulders. She was spot on with what she felt. She told me that my gut instincts were 100% right but i was always deterred from them. Mind you, no communication with Karen about anything going on in my life. Karen also keyed into the fact I was empath. Karen suggested a second session to dig even deeper. She was able to remove my childhood traumas. Karen was right on with my underlying issues. It's still a process but I am no longer on antidepressants. I am learning to stay grounded. I would highly recommend Karen to everyone. I wish I could have weekly sessions with her. Thank you Karen ♥️One thing I did forget to mention, I have a neck fracture and I've been wearing a neck brace for over a month and a half. I had alot of discomfort. I also have bad arthritis in hands where I was receiving shots every three months but not since Karen has worked on me!!! Thank you again Karen!!!! 

 I had an amazing long distance reiki session with Karen.  I was very skeptical about the long distance part, after reading reviews I went for it.  So it is only fair I leave one myself.  The experience was enlightening,  I actually had sensations, in my face and feet,  that let me know she was working!  It is a very relaxing experience.  My favorite part was the conversation after.  She took her time with what she found and explaining everything.  So don't be afraid of the long distance, it really works!  I will be scheduling another soon and can't wait to be able to see her in person as well! 

 I came to Karen feeling stuck. In addition, I was aware that my sacral chakra was not functioning well from a history of trauma (I did not tell Karen this). Karen made me feel very much at ease. As I had never experienced Crystal Reiki before, Karen took the time to explain what I might experience. The session was pretty amazing. I relaxed completely and was able to feel sensations of energy moving throughout my body. I had vivid visions of faces that I only have experienced to a lesser degree during meditation. After the session, I felt at peace. Karen explained what she had encountered during the Reiki session. The issues with my sacral chakra were obvious to her. Karen was able to clear away what was holding me back. I feel freer and lighter than I have in a long time. Karen also shared practices with me that would help maintain balanced chakras and allow my abilities to manifest. The results of my session with Karen continue to unfold. I feel a growing awareness of myself and that which surrounds me. And much to my surprise, a shoulder injury which has plagued me for years had gradually become much less troubling (again, I did not mention this injury to Karen). I believe Karen has a most amazing gift. I am so grateful she is willing to share her healing abilities. Thank you Karen. Amelia 

Karen was absolutely amazing. I walked in and instantly felt comfortable with her two furry assistants and Karen greeting me like I was an old friend. I have always been a a guarded person and she broke through and brought out things I have never spoken to anyone. It was truly a life changing experience, and I can not wait to go back!

 Having known Karen for years, it is so clear that she has tapped into  her true calling. Although I have been to other healers, this was my  first Reiki session. I felt so relaxed and comfortable with Karen, and  she was able to give me so much information! I will continue to ride my  life wave, and when it brings me back to MD, I will see Karen for sure!  ��

Trying reiki for the first time with Karen was the best decision I’ve ever made for my mental health!! After one session, I felt lighter and more at peace than I did after a year of talk therapy.
